The Murchies building is located in the centre of
Yaletown's diverse and thriving restaurant community. Located steps to the park, scenic Seawall and many of Vancouver's best amenities.
The Murchies studio is a spacious 455 sq ft studio suitable for 1-2 people.
The Murchies Studio features:
- High speed wireless internet access and multi-function printer/ scanner
provided.
- HD Cable, LCD TV, DVD/CD/MP3 player and iPod hookup.
- Free local telephone calls with voicemail.
- Sleek European inspired kitchen with stainless steel appliances.
- Contemporary furnishings.
- Hardwood floors.
- Modern gas fireplace.
- Fully equipped kitchen including fridge, stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee
maker, toaster and all utensils.
- Built in queen size bed, fine linens, down duvet comforter, and four pillows
assures you of a good night sleep.
- All bedding, linens and towels.
- Iron, ironing boards, hairdryers, and AM/FM alarm clock.
- In-suite laundry facilities.
- Roof top garden with city views
- First Aid kit on site.
- Complimentary coffee and tea.
- All utilities including heat, and electricity.
- Approx. 455 sq. ft.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and once every two weeks.
Additional housekeeping can be arranged upon request, for an additional fee.

Stay less than 30 days - A Federal GST tax of 5% is applicable.
No Provincial Sales Tax of 7% or Hotel taxes of 10 to 15% are applicable.

Policies
- We accept payment by Visa or MasterCard, Cash, Traveler's
checks, Bank transfers, certified checks or money orders in US or
Canadian funds.
- Short Term Stay, (Less than one month):
1.) A deposit of $200.00 CAD is required to confirm your reservation.
2.) Full payment is due 7 days prior to arrival.
3.) Payments are payable by cash, Traveler's checks, Bank transfers, certified checks, money orders, Visa or Master Card.
- Extended Term Stay: (More than one month):
1.) A deposit of $500.00 CAD is required to confirm your reservation.
2.) Balance of the first month rental is due upon check-in.
3.) One half month security deposit is payable upon check-in, and will be refunded upon satisfactory check-out inspection.
4.) Payments are payable by cash, Traveler's checks, Bank transfers, certified checks, money orders, Visa or Master Card plus processing fees.
- Registered guests must be 21 years of age or older.
- Cancellation Policy: Reservation deposit is refundable with a 45 day cancellation notice.
$50 cancellation fee will be charged. Less than 7 days cancellation notice is subject to the original booking reservation charge. No other exceptions.
- Check-in time: 4:00 PM due to housekeeping requirements and no
later than 9:00 PM.
- Check-out time: 11:00 AM
